What we can offer you…
● We are not a Letting Agent – there are no finder’s fees, management fees or other charges.
● We guarantee the rent – to you as landlord for the whole period of the contract. We offer long term contracts.
● We cover almost all of the property maintenance – for the whole period of the contract. This means we don’t bother you on a regular basis unnecessarily.
● We have a dedicated House Manager for each property, that will make sure the house is cleaned on a daily basis and that the properties are kept to a high standard.
● We provide semi-serviced accommodation to our sharers – so your property will have a cleaner, gardener and handyman to look after it. We have access to our properties at all times and so we can visit a lot more regularly than a letting agent.
● We guarantee to maintain the quality and appearance of your house right up to the very end of the contract. In some cases we undertake home improvements, so your property may even be returned to you in better condition!
● Excellent references can be supplied from other landlords we work with. We have have some landlords that have happily been using us for 10 years.
What we are looking for….
● We seek large residential houses in Horfield, Filton, Bradley Stoke and Central areas of Bristol, preferably 6-beds plus
● Available for long term let for 3, 5 or 10 years
● Houses which are modern or modernised, in good or excellent condition (but we are willing to undertake renovation where required)
● Former B&B, guest house or hotel properties where the owners wish to retain ownership but secure a guaranteed income through long term commercial let
● Former housing association properties, Student houses, commercial properties all of which are suitable for residential use are all properties we would consider
