Our Services

Guaranteed Rent

With this model, we offer a guaranteed rent, cover the costs of all day to day maintenance, and cover all bills.

Agency model

With this model, we take a fixed monthly fee from the rental income. We still manage all aspects such as lettings, maintenance, and legislation requirements.

Management only

With this model, we leave all the control and lettings to you, but we manage taking care of the property for you. This is ideal for landlords that may be going abroad for a period of time or landlords that may not be happy with their current management agency. We do regular inspection, organise maintenance, and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
