Ami’s passion for property started when she was 19, and at that time she completed a 19 week construction course where she learnt skills from tiling to plastering. This eventually lead her into Property Management, which she did for a total of 10 years. After working as a Property Manager for Freeman Residential for 7 years, she then took over the business and became Director in 2020. She still takes on a hands on approach working closely along side Angel.
PJ is a trained engineer, and joined Freeman Residential as the Operations Manager in 2023. PJ organises and manages the utilities for all our houses. He also works on lettings, marketing and property procurement. He is very hands on and is often helping with practical jobs at the houses along side Angel.
Shameek and Kerie make up our lettings team, and are the main liaison with our sharers. Both offer incredible customer service, covering 7 days a week, which is why our customer come back to us again and again. Their role consists of processing and chasing all payments, organising move ins, contracts, ID checking, and most importantly giving our sharers a friendly face to talk to
Angels role is to manage all aspects of the property maintenance, and she has a great eye for detail. She keeps a close eye on all our properties, often popping in on a weekly / monthly basis. She liaises with our full team of contractors ensuring all jobs are managed efficiently, and where possible she will even carry out repairs herself. She organises all certification / legislation to ensure that all our properties operate safely and legally.
