Guaranteed Rent
With this model, we will guarantee you a fixed rent each month, cover all day to day maintenance costs, Cover all bills and organise all lettings and maintenance. This is a truly hands off approach.

Agency Model
With this model, we work in a similar way to a standard letting agents. We manage all aspects of lettings and management, without guaranteeing a fixed monthly amount.

Management Only
This option leaves you to retain control over who you let your property to. We will then manage the property for you, including inspections and organising all maintenance and legal certification. However we like to be different – there is no fixed term contract for using our services, and we set a fixed fee depending on the size and location of your property – Not a percentage of your rental income.
