This model is ideal if you want to retain control of who you let your property to.
What’s ideal about this service, is that you don’t have to have a long term fixed contract with us, you can just use us for as long as you need us. For example, If you are out the country for a few months, we can help.
What makes us better than other management companies? We don’t charge a percentage based off your monthly rental income. At Freeman Residential, we feel its important to set a clear cut fixed monthly price, that simply pays for our services, not based off of your income. We simply base our pricing off of the location and size of your property.
The basis of this model is to keep a close eye on your property, ensuring it meets the HMO Safety Standards, remains safe for your existing sharers, and is as presentable as possible for any potential viewings / new sharers.
We conduct quarterly inspections, and send you a comprehensive report including photos. We can then arrange for one of our contractors to carry out work if required. Our team of contractors are all trusted and have worked for us for many years.
We will also organise all safety certification for the duration of the contract.
With this model, you have lots of flexibility such as;
- Setting a monthly spend limit, so that we can go ahead with organising maintenane / repairs without bothering you (optional)
- No fixed term contracts, just rolls on monthly, so you can cancel our management only services at any time.
