Southmead Road Before:
Southmead road is a HMO property that had been let out to long term tenants, some of which had lived there for 10-20 years. The house was very dated, had been heavily smoked in and has probably been the biggest project we have undertaken to date.
Southmead Road After:
We replaced the majority of the flooring in the house, fully re-decorated, did works to the bathroom, Kitchen, and fully furnished the property with brand new beds, appliances and furniture.
